Lavender Choux Buns
		Serves: 12
Ingredients
- 500ml Lakeland Real Dairy Whipping Cream
 - 10g dried lavender
 - 200g caster sugar
 - 60 small choux buns
 - Icing sugar
 - 10g lavender flower
 
Method
Whisk the Lakeland Real Dairy Whipping Cream to soft peaks and fold in the dried lavender and caster sugar
Place into a piping bag and fill each choux bun with the lavender cream
Dust the choux buns with a little icing sugar and serve with extra lavender cream
Garnish the plate with the lavender flower
